Where will the greeter be waiting?
At the arrivals hall exit in Terminal 3, holding a name board with your name or your company’s logo. For private jet arrivals we meet you at the Vilhelm Lauritzen Terminal by prior arrangement.
Can I add VIP lounge access or fast track?
Yes. VIP lounge access and priority options can be added when you book and are confirmed subject to availability on the day.
Is meet & greet available for departures too?
Yes. For outbound flights we meet you at the kerb, assist with luggage and check-in, and accompany you to the security checkpoint.
Is it suitable for children or elderly travellers arriving alone?
Yes — it is one of our most requested services. The greeter stays with your traveller from the arrivals hall until they are safely with their chauffeur or family, and we confirm the handover with you.
