Refund Policy \u2013 Royalway.dk<\/strong><\/p>\n 1. General Refund Terms<\/strong> Royalway.dk (“Royalway”) strives to provide reliable transportation services. However, in instances where services are canceled or altered, the following refund policy will apply.<\/p>\n 2. Cancellations and Refund Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n 2.1 Cancellation Terms<\/strong> Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time or no-shows are non-refundable.<\/p>\n 2.2 Ride Modifications<\/strong> Changes to rides after booking confirmation, including upgrades, additional services, or route modifications, may incur additional charges. Such charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise by Royalway.<\/p>\n 3. Refund Requests<\/strong> Refund requests must be submitted through the Royalway customer service portal or via email at hello@royalway.dk within seven days following the scheduled pickup date.<\/p>\n 4. Processing Time<\/strong> Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days after approval. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking.<\/p>\n 5. Exceptional Circumstances<\/strong> In cases of cancellations or service disruptions due to circumstances beyond Royalway’s control, such as severe weather, strikes, or other force majeure events, refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n 6. Disputed Charges<\/strong> Any disputed charges must be reported immediately, but no later than 30 days after the invoice issuance. Royalway will investigate and respond to disputes promptly.<\/p>\n 7.
